How do historians communicate stories about the past? Though books and articles continue to educate people about the past, documentary films about history have increased in recent decades.
Campers will learn about documentary film making, the history of film in Idaho, how to conduct historical research, and will create history-focused film projects!

Hardware + Software: Canon DSLR cameras, Adobe Premiere Pro
Ages: Students 11-17
Hours: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Pick up by 3pm)
Program: Teen Day Camp (One-Week)
Lunch Not Provided: Students will need to bring their own lunch.
Students learn to use Adobe Creative Suite to edit audio and video using Audition & Premiere Pro, building hard skills in video production. All camera, audio and editing equipment provided.
Tuition and Fees Refund Policy - If you are forced to cancel for any reason you will receive your full purchase price as a transferable credit, good for any NW Film Camp session through 2024. Tuition is non-refundable.
