2-Hour Private Rental (Entire A Rosie Day Studio)
Pricing Based on Party Size of at least (including at least 2 teaching artists)
10 to 15 children: $850
15 to 20 children: $950
20 to 25 children: $1050
What’s Included:
Two or Three teachers (depending on party size) will be present to guide and assist throughout the entire 2-hour event.
Last 30 minutes of the two-hour party will be for birthday cake/cupcakes, snacks, and goodbyes.
Cleanup included – no worries about the mess!
Party Details:
Please share your child’s preferred mediums and interests so we can personalize the experience. This is not a “pick from our menu” birthday, rather we collaborate on designing a party with your child’s interests in mind!
Parents provide plates, napkins, cups, food, and drinks (fridge available for chilled items). Decorations like balloons, banners, or tablecloths are welcome and encouraged.
Pizza is a popular option – order from local restaurants!
Add-ons & Extras:
Decorating time available 1 hour before the event starts. If the night before is available, we welcome families to decorate the day prior as it relieves the stress leading up to your child's big day! You deserve to enjoy it too, parents!!
Outside vendors welcome! Ask us for recommendations (face painters, photographers, etc.)
Additional hour: $100 (subject to availability)
Additional children (over the agreed number): $25 per child

Non-Refundable Deposit of 50% required to secure your date
Final Payment: Due the morning of the event
Gratuity: Not included – any additional tips for exceptional service are appreciated- our teaching artists work very hard to provide the best experience for the kiddos!

When counting your guests, please exclude the birthday child's siblings. All other children over the age of one, including siblings of attendees, will be included in the headcount.

To ensure smooth transitions for other weekend events, the two-hour studio rental is strictly observed. Any time exceeding this will incur an additional $50 fee per 30-minute increment.
