Booking & Confirmation
A custom camp request must be submitted at least 30 days in advance. Your date is confirmed once payment is received and all event details are approved by our team.

Customization & Planning
All custom themes, age groups, and activities will be reviewed to ensure they are safe, feasible, and age-appropriate. Additional planning fees may apply for highly specialized themes or equipment.

Headcount & Supervision
Base package includes up to 10 participants. Additional headcount can be added for an extra fee. At least one responsible adult from the hosting organization or family must be onsite at all times.

Location Requirements
Offsite venues (e.g. schools) must provide safe indoor space, access to restrooms, and a clean table/work area. We reserve the right to decline a venue if it is not suitable for the planned activities.

Safety & Conduct
All activities follow safety and age guidelines. We may adjust or substitute activities if conditions require it. Children must follow staff instructions. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in early dismissal without refund.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations with at least 7 days’ notice receive a 50 percent refund. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days. One reschedule is allowed at no extra cost if requested at least 72 hours before the event.

Weather (for outdoor venues)
If weather makes outdoor activities unsafe, we will attempt to adjust the program or move indoors. If no indoor option exists, the event may be rescheduled.

Damages
Host is responsible for damages to equipment or venue caused by negligence or misuse during the event.

Photography
No photos of children will be taken or used by our staff unless explicit written consent is provided by parents/guardians.
