Description
Classes are challenging and fun. The first part of each class is spent doing an intense warm-up that will get your blood pumping and teach you dance technique, while the second part is spent learning choreography. Bollywood & Bhangra classes use upbeat music and focus on the energetic movements that define the two styles.
Notes:
Attire for class is leggings/athletic pants, t-shirt, and bare feet.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time.
Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
