Performance Intensives are a semester-long course that offers an in-depth experience of Indian dance. If you have attended our Drop In classes, these courses are a great next step! Students learn three pieces of choreography that incorporate detailed arm and leg movements, hand gestures, and facial expressions. Classes are challenging and fun and culminate in a stage performance at the end of the term.
Bollywood: These classes feature upbeat Indian film music and choreography that is expressive and energetic. Classes focus on arm and leg coordination, expressions and lip-syncing, and body control.
Levels: This class is at the Advanced level. We also offer Intermediate classes for those students who are new to Ajna and/or this dance style. If you have questions about which level to enroll in, please take a look at our videos below and email us at info@ajnadance.com.

Notes:
Attire for class: Leggings or comfortable pants (no jeans), t-shirt, bare feet, hair tied/pinned back
Students will perform in a showcase at the end of the term. Additional details will be shared closer to the show date.
Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
