Class Experience

TIME FOR SOME FUN! Join us in making your child's break one of the best! Your child will be grouped with peers. They will be able to play in bounce houses, participate in trampoline challenges, climb, cook & bake, and learn to pay attention to their thoughts with mindfulness. If you are looking to enroll your child in an awesome all-around camp, you found it! Camp schedule is below!

Monday: Sports day at the park! (Preston Athletic Fields)
We will bring soccer balls, footballs, kickball as well as a badminton and volleyball set where we will start with volleyball then transition to badminton. There is also a very large play structure there that the kids like to enjoy and play tag around. Make sure your child has athletic shoes on (sneakers).

Tuesday: Secret River day! (just off the Preston-Fall City trail)
We make clay structures out of clay that naturally forms in the river (more like a thick stream that is about 6 inches deep). We will also catch little fish and salamanders that live there. Further, every other week we do a plant and insect scavenger hunt. Pack or have your kiddo wear water shoes if you can.

Wednesday: KizBounce day! (at Kidzbounce across the road (www.kidzbounce.com))
We jump and play in gigantic inflatable bounce houses and slides and other inflatable play structures. Please be sure your kiddo has socks on, as it is a requirement to wear socks at Kidzbounce. There will also be card and board games for the kids to play as well as a movie in the party rooms there at Kidzbounce in case they get overly tired running around and need to cool down for a bit.

Thursday: Cooking and baking at the Church! (Raging River Community Church - there is a walking trail to it)
We choose an easy meal and dessert your child can make at home at a later time if they so wish. We teach them the basics of cooking and baking. Older kids (9 and up) can also learn the basics of chopping, dicing, etc. There are also different activities and games that can be played at the church, as well as a piano! Make sure your kiddo has nice walking shoes on (sneakers or the like).

Friday: Water fun day! (in our outdoor play area or at the Preston Athletic Fields)
We have a water balloon fight, slip n' slide, and other fun water activities. Every other week or so we go to the park and have the water balloon fight there and play lawn games then come back and have sprinkler fun and water guns in our outdoor space. Please be sure your kiddo has a bathing suit and a change of clothes. Water shoes are also ideal on this day.

Notes

Please be sure to send your child with a lunch, snacks, a refillable water bottle and sunscreen each day (you may leave the sunscreen at the academy). Please always have your child wear (or bring) active footwear such as sneakers. On Tuesday and Friday please have your kiddo pack water shoes if possible, and a swimming suit and towel on Friday.
