Alma Bella Creative Experiences
We understand that life happens, and we aim to be fair while honoring the preparation, materials, and scheduling required for each event.
Deposits & Payments $100
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Your event date is not secured until the deposit is received.
Final headcount and payment are due 7 days prior to your event.
Host Cancellation (Private Parties & Events)
14+ days before event: Deposit may be transferred to a future date within 90 days.
7–13 days before event: 50% of total event fee is due.
Less than 7 days before event: Full event balance is due, as materials and preparation have already been completed.
Guest No-Shows (Ticketed Events at Wineries, Breweries, Restaurants)
No refunds for no-shows.
Tickets may be transferred to another guest with advance notice.
If cancellation occurs 72+ hours before the event, a credit may be issued for a future class (materials permitting).
Minimum Attendance
Certain events require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, Alma Bella reserves the right to reschedule the event or issue credits.
Weather & Emergencies
If Alma Bella must cancel due to severe weather, illness, or emergency, you will be offered:
A rescheduled date
A full credit
Or a refund
