Each participant in your group will create 1-2 ceramic pieces such as a soap dish, mug, or vase which will then be fired in our kilns. Your private class will take place in our studios with an artist from our staff. This workshop is suitable for beginners, with no previous experience necessary. Your completed pieces will be ready for pick-up at Arbutus Folk School in 2-3 weeks. This is an excellent way to build connections, reduce stress, and celebrate milestones together! Appropriate for ages 8 and up.

Cost for a 2.5-hour workshop taking place at Arbutus Folk School is
$216 flat cost for groups of 6 or fewer
$35/person for groups of 7-8
$31/person for groups of 9-10

If you would like to request a larger group size, we can accept two reservations to book two instructors at one time (e.g. a group of 16 can book for a group of 10 and a group of 6).

If requesting the program off-site at your own venue, additional cost will be assessed based on distance.
