-$75 non-refundable security deposit upon agreed date/time. Must be paid within 24 hrs. of confirmation or else party time may go to the next interested party. The remaining balance will be charged the week of your party after your guest count is confirmed.... 10 day cancellation notice required. Final payment must be received at least 24 hours prior to the party.
Tips for your party hosts are not included but greatly appreciated!

-$50 for an additional half hour

The party fee includes up to 12 children (including the birthday child and participating siblings) $20 each additional child up to 18 children maximum. Parents and caregivers are welcome. We suggest drop- off or drop- off optional parties for kids who are 6 and older.

- Parties are 90 minutes in length. The first 60 minutes is dedicated to chosen art activity. Our staff will manage the transitions between project time and food service.The last 30 minutes of the party is reserved for food and treats. For sanitation purposes, we ask that all food distribution/consumption be reserved for the final 30 minutes of the party. Our staff will assist you with the distribution of food and beverage.

-Our parties are child- centered, so alcohol is not permitted.

-After your party ends, we have a 20 minute grace period for you to clean up and make your way out of the studio.

By placing a deposit on a party, you agree to accept the following terms:

I/ we do hereby agree to release Art and Soul Studio and all associated persons, from liability for any accident or injury sustained during the time spent at Art and Soul Studio for this party or related activities. I grant permission for myself and/ my children to voluntarily participate in activities related to the birthday party. I have advised the guests of this party and their parents that photos may be taken and used strictly for the purpose of Art and Soul Studio. I have also advised that clothing can get messy! I/ we will not make a claim against or sue Art and Soul Studio.
