Make your child’s birthday truly one-of-a-kind with an Art Club celebration! Each party is a hands-on, creative experience led by our teaching artists — designed to match your child’s interests, age, and imagination.

Party Themes
Choose one of our signature creative experiences — or we’ll design one just for you!
Color Splash Canvas Party – Guests follow step-by-step to create vibrant, personalized paintings inspired by the birthday child’s chosen theme (like animals, nature, space, or favorite characters).
Build & Sculpt Clay Party – Kids explore texture and form while sculpting with air-dry clay — perfect for creating mini creatures, trinket dishes, or imaginative sculptures.
Squish & Sparkle Slime Party – A playful, hands-on experience where guests mix, color, and decorate their own custom slime creations.
Free Create Studio Party – A true open-studio experience! We’ll design a creative prompt based on your child’s interests (like “under the sea,” “fantasy worlds,” or “favorite animals”) and provide a variety of supplies — from paint and collage to clay and sculpture materials — so every child can create their own masterpiece.
(Each party is customized around the birthday child’s chosen theme, and our instructors plan the art project and studio setup to match.)

$35 per child
$50 studio fee (covers private studio use, setup, and cleanup)

How It Works
Complete the booking form below.
We’ll reach out to confirm your date, theme choice, and any add-ons.
A $100 deposit secures your spot; the remaining balance is due on the day of the party.

Booking & Deposit
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date and time.
The deposit is applied toward your total balance and confirms your reservation.
Party dates cannot be held without a deposit.
Final Balance
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the party.
Final guest count and balance must be confirmed at least 5 days before your event.
If additional children attend beyond your confirmed number, the balance will be adjusted accordingly and due at the end of the party.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if you reschedule at least 14 days in advance.
Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before your event will forfeit the deposit.
If Art Club must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, power outage, emergency), you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Arrival & Setup
Hosts may arrive 15 minutes before the party start time to set up food or decorations.
Art Club staff handles all cleanup after your event.
Please be prompt; late arrivals do not extend party time.
Guest Policy
Party packages are designed for a set number of guests. Please provide an accurate headcount when confirming.
Additional guests may be added (up to our studio capacity) and will be charged at the per-child rate.
Safety & Liability
All guests must follow studio safety rules and respect materials and property.
Art Club is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings.
A parent or guardian must remain on-site for the duration of the event.
Add-Ons & Decorations
Optional themed decorations, add-ons, or favors must be confirmed and paid in full at least 10 days before the event.
Photography
Art Club may take photos during events for marketing and social media use.
If you prefer not to have photos taken, please notify us in writing before your party.
