Deposit
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $100 is required to secure your date and time.

Time
90 minutes unless other arrangements are made. You may arrive 15 minutes early and pack out 15 minutes after the party ends for food, decorations and cleanup. Please respect these firm time frames, as we are not staffed for early drop offs and late pick ups.

Ages Served
Ages 8 and up. Please inquire for options for younger children.

Food
Outside food and drink is permitted in the front room only. No food or drink is to be served in the studio work room. We've partnered with Showtime Pizza (our next door neighbor) to provide a special 15% discount for Art Factory parties! Before or after your party at the Art Factory, take everyone to Showtime for some delicious pizza! This is also a great place for parents to hang out until pick-up time.

Decorations
Please bring an 8' rectangular tablecloth. You may decorate the outdoor easel/chalkboard with a sign and balloons, etc. Weighted balloons may be brought inside the food zone/front room. Tabletop decorations are also welcome. NO tape or tacks on walls. The studio chalkboard will serve as a giant card to be signed by your guests. This always makes for a great photo op!

Booking & Cancellation Policy
AFS requires a $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to reserve a private event date and time. The reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit secures the reserved date and compensates AFS for holding the time and declining other bookings.

Final payment is due on the day of the party. The host will be charged for the base party fee plus the actual number of additional participants in attendance at the event. Hosts will not be charged for guests who do not attend. If the number of participants exceeds the estimated guest count provided at booking, additional guests will be billed at the applicable per-person rate on the day of the event.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled event date will forfeit the $100 deposit.
• Cancellations made 14–29 days prior to the scheduled event date will forfeit the $100 deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date are non-refundable.

Any payments made beyond the deposit may be issued as studio credit at AFS’s discretion.

Private event reservations are non-transferable to another client. Rescheduling may be permitted at AFS’s discretion and based on availability.

AFS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a private party due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, facility issues, or emergencies. In such cases, payments made may be transferred to a new date or refunded at AFS’s discretion.
