Open Studio Party
Celebrate at Art Major with a creative party that’s fun, easy, and totally Art Major! Available SATURDAYS 11AM-3PM ONLY
Your group will have a reserved table in our studio space for your artists to create, plus access to our private party room in the back for food, gifts, and celebrating. Your artists will get to choose from our available art projects while enjoying all the fun of the Art Major studio.
Because this is an Open Studio Party, the studio remains open to the public during your party. Our instructors may also be helping other artists throughout the studio, but we’ll make sure your group has everything they need to have a fabulous celebration.
You bring the people and the snacks — you make the mess, we clean it up!

Open Studio Party Policy
To reserve your Open Studio Party, a completed party contract and $150 non-refundable deposit are required. Your deposit will be applied toward your final party balance.
Please complete the party contract to the best of your ability so we can plan the best experience for your group. Final pricing may vary based on the number of guests, materials selected, special requests, or additional services needed.
We will never surprise you with additional charges! If something you request would increase the cost of your party, Art Major will notify you and receive your approval before moving forward with the additional cost.
Please note that Open Studio Parties take place while Art Major remains open to the public. Your group will have a reserved table in the studio, but other artists and families may be using the studio at the same time. Our staff may also be assisting both your party and other studio guests throughout the event.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your party, your $150 deposit is non-refundable. Rather than canceling, you are welcome to reschedule your party for a different available date, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
Art Major requires at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling so that we can properly plan for staffing. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to additional fees and/or may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Final guest count and any additional details or requests may affect your final balance. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your party contract.
