Looking for a fun, colorful place to host your next get-together? Our Private Event Rental is perfect for baby showers, bachelorette parties, book clubs, girls’ nights, team events, celebrations, and pretty much any excuse to get your favorite people together!
Bring your decorations, food, drinks, games, activities, or whatever makes your event uniquely YOU. We’ll provide the space so you can turn Art Major into the party of your dreams.
Whether you’re planning something sweet and simple or going all out, we’re here for it!

Private Event Rental Policy
To reserve a Private Event Rental, a completed event contract and $100 non-refundable deposit are required. Your deposit will be applied toward your final rental balance.
Please complete the event contract to the best of your ability so we can make sure your event is set up exactly the way you need it. Final pricing may vary based on the number of guests, rental length, special requests, setup needs, or additional services.
We will never surprise you with additional charges! If something you request would increase the cost of your rental, Art Major will notify you and receive your approval before moving forward with the additional cost.
What You Can Bring
Private Event Rentals are designed to give you the flexibility to make the space your own! You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, decorations, games, activities, and other event supplies. All decorations and activities must be approved by Art Major and cannot damage the studio or its furnishings.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your event, your $150 deposit is non-refundable. Rather than canceling, you are welcome to reschedule your event for a different available date, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
Art Major requires at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling so that we can properly plan for staffing. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to additional fees and/or may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Clean-Up & Studio Care
We’ll take care of the standard cleanup after your event — that’s the Art Major way! However, guests are responsible for removing any personal belongings, decorations, food, and outside supplies at the end of the rental.
Any damage to the studio, furniture, equipment, or artwork caused by the rental party may result in additional charges.
By booking a Private Event Rental, you agree to follow Art Major Studios’ policies and leave the studio ready for our next artists.
