Option 1 – Space Rental
• $100 per 3-hour block
• Includes studio + utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, cleanup supplies)
• You bring your own materials/tools and manage bookings/payments
• Perfect for artists who just need a professional space to work 💡

Option 2 – Collaboration
• 30% venue commission
• Includes all of Option 1, plus marketing support, booking system, admin help, and credit card processing
• You show up and teach/create! 🎨✨
• Optional staff support: $25–$40/hr
• Perfect for artists who want the ease of “walk in and work”

Option 3 – Membership
• Tier 1 – $500/month (6 blocks) | Tier 2 – $900/month (12 blocks)
• Includes perks from Option 1 or 2, plus priority booking and discounted rates
• Pause your membership in July/August if needed (note summer hours) ⏸️

General Info:
• Monday–Friday only; 3-hour blocks (morning, afternoon, evening)
• School closure days (including summer): weekdays after 5pm only
