Art & Music Play Party (Ages 0-5)
Get ready for the ultimate children's art & music party experience! We're thrilled to announce our lively and engaging Children's Art & Music Party, perfect for kids from 0-6 years old.
This party includes an unforgettable celebration filled with music, dance, instruments, and fun! Get ready to sing, dance, and make memories that will last a lifetime. After that, we will make a fun art project!
The event begins with our teacher-led music class, followed by a bubble dance party! When the music portion of the party is finished, we will move to the art room and make a fun (mutually agreed upon) project. After that, it's time to kick back and enjoy snacks and cake. Let the fun begin!
Songs We Sing
The songs include a fun mix of both original compositions and timeless favorites from various genres and styles including folk, blues, rock, jazz, classical, and world music, catering to a wide range of musical preferences and tastes. You and your child will recognize many of our songs and some might be new! Feel free to email us with all of your child's favorite songs and we will be sure to include them.
Instruments We Use
We have collected all of the best musical instruments your partygoers will love! In any given party, we might use maracas, rhythm sticks, shakers, bells, sand blocks, xylophones, drums, bongos, rainmakers, ukeleles, steel triangles, maracas, tambourines, or hand percussion triangles. We also play catch with cushie balls, dance with ribbons and scarves, and have a few other fun tricks up our sleeves.
All of our art & music parties are in-studio parties only. (We do not travel with all of our instruments.)
Age Guidelines -
0-3 years - Each child should have a parent with them for the event! The birthday child can have both parents. For this age group, we can fit a maximum of 7 adults and 7 kids (14 people total).
4-6 years - The partygoers can attend the party without a parent, but the birthday child's parent(s) should be on site to help manage the party. For this age group, we can fit a maximum of 14 kids.

Thank you so much for choosing Art With Jenny for your child's birthday party! Once your deposit is paid and the contract is signed, you are booked! We will also be in touch a few days before the party to confirm your guest count and finalize the details. Please feel free to reach out to Jenny at jenny@artwithjenny.com with any party questions!
To help ensure the best possible experience, we ask that you adhere to the following:
1. A non-refundable deposit of half the party balance will be required to book the party.
2. The remaining balance is due and payable in advance of your party date.
3. The party fee includes up to 14 children (including the birthday child). We do not allow extra kids at this party due to space constraints.
4. Parties are 90 minutes in length. Please include all set-up time and clean-up time within the 90 minutes. Here is an approximate timeline -
First 15 minutes - party hosts arrive and set up
Next 45 minutes - instructor guided music class and bubble dance party
Last 30 minutes - food and cake/ice cream & cleanup.
5. Please provide us with the final numbers when we contact you in advance of the party. Your final invoice will be payable at that time. We can not credit for guests that don't show up, as we prepare materials and staffing for the final count you have provided.
6. The family is responsible for providing all food, drinks, plates, napkins, cups and utensils. (Don't forget a knife to cut the cake, etc.). We are happy to suggest nearby restaurants that we love for food suggestions and/or catering.
7. You may bring in balloons, but only floating balloons. Loose balloons are not permitted.
8. We will ask all guests to remove their shoes and we don't allow bare feet in the studio, so socks are required. Please inform your guests in advance to wear socks! (We have loaner socks just in case!)
10. Please read and accept the following terms:
I/we do hereby agree to release Art With Jenny, and all associated persons, from liability for any accident or injury sustained during the time spent at Art With Jenny for this party or related activities. I grant permission for myself and/my children to voluntarily participate in activities related to the birthday party. I have advised my guests of this party and their parents that photos may be taken and used for Art With Jenny. I have also advised that clothing can sometimes get messy! I/we will not make a claim against or sue Art With Jenny.
