- Parties are offered on Friday, Saturday & Sunday (some vacation days, and mid week afternoons in the summer. Please inquire)
- Private use of the studio space for 2 hours total (this included 15 min. set up for the party host, 1.5 hours of art & party time for you and your guests, 15 min gather and go for party host)
- Parties are 90 min. Your guests should arrive promptly at the start time and leave promptly at the end time. We often book multiple parties a day, so we can not go over your allotted time. **There will be a $50 fee for parties that run over their allotted time**
- Drop off is encouraged, however we do have a separate party room for any parents who wish to stay.
- Dress to get messy!!! Please let your guests know that we use fine art supplies which can sometimes stain clothing. We do provide smocks for each guest, but good art gets messy! Dress accordingly.
- Artcie is not responsible for stained or damaged clothing.
- A $100 non-refundable AND non-transferable deposit is due at the time of booking. When you pay this deposit you understand that you are booking private use of the studio and an instructor for your specific event date/time, and therefore deposits are not refundable and not transferable.
- Final payment is due one week prior to your party.
- Final headcount is due one week prior to your party.
- Artcie provides all supplies for art projects. Party host provides food, drinks, plates, napkins, utensils etc. for the party.
- We think parents should enjoy their child's birthday too, so clean up is always on us!
