🎉 Artcie Party Policy

Party Availability
Parties are offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Limited availability may be offered on select vacation days and midweek summer afternoons—please inquire for details.

Party Duration & Studio Use
Each party includes 2 hours of private use of the studio, broken down as follows:
    •    15 minutes for host setup
    •    1.5 hours of guided art & celebration time
    •    15 minutes for gathering belongings and departure

Punctuality
Parties run for 1.5 hours of guest time. Guests should arrive promptly at the scheduled start time and depart promptly at the end time. We often host multiple parties in one day and cannot extend party times.
A $50 fee will be applied to parties that exceed their allotted time.

Drop-Off Policy
Drop-off is encouraged. For parents who wish to stay, we offer a separate party room for comfortable seating during the event.

Dress for Messy Fun 🎨
Art can be messy—in the best way! We use fine art materials that may stain clothing. Smocks are provided for each guest, but we recommend wearing clothes that can get messy.
Artcie is not responsible for stained or damaged clothing.

Payment & Headcount
    •    A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due at the time of booking.
    •    Final payment is due one week prior to your party date.
    •    Please understand that your deposit secures private use of the studio space and therefore cannot be refunded or transferred for any reason.
    •    Final headcount is due one week prior to the party.

Food & Supplies
Artcie provides all art supplies for the project.
The party host is responsible for food, drinks, plates, napkins, and utensils.

Cleanup
We believe parents should enjoy their child’s celebration too—cleanup is always on us!
