Because we want to ensure the best experience for our community, Artcie will determine whether your workshop is the right fit. Studio Use & Booking Policies
Private Studio Use: Private use of the studio includes 45 minutes for setup and 45 minutes for cleanup.
Cost: $100 for the first hour, $75 for each additional hour. Setup (45 min) and cleanup (45 min) are included at no extra charge.
Deposit Requirement: A $100 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking. By submitting this deposit, you acknowledge that you are reserving the studio exclusively for your selected event date and time. As such, all deposits are final and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Workshop Supplies: Artcie does not provide supplies unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Visiting artists are responsible for bringing all materials needed for their workshop.
Registration & Payments: Artcie is not responsible for collecting registrations or processing payments for your workshop.
Event Promotion & Enrollment: While Artcie will assist with promoting your event, we are not responsible for full marketing efforts or for filling workshop spots. If your event is cancelled for any reason, including low enrollment, your deposit will be forfeited.
