Class Experience
In this 3-hour workshop, students will learn the basics of carving linoleum block and then how to print on fabric (dish cloth provided). The class begins with a brief introduction to the materials, tools, and safety, then students will transfer or draw their design onto a small, mounted piece of linoleum block. Finally, everyone will be shown how to carve using a traditional basic carving tool and finally use the carved block like a stamp to print a repetitive pattern on a linen dish towel.
*Ages 16 to adult. Some basic experience with block printing recommended.

Due to the small size of our classes, we are not able to refund your fee if you have to cancel your registration. We are happy to credit you for a future class or if we have a waitlist for that class, we will gladly reimburse you!
