Class Experience
This 8-week kids photography class will be led by Joshua McKerrow (Capital Gazette, Pulitzer Prize winning photojournalist). In the 8 weeks we will learn how to use our DSLR camera and learn the fundamentals of photography: aperture, shutter speed, composition, ISO, and have a ton of fun while doing it! There will be time for students to practice what they learn during each class.

You will receive an email before class starts with additional information. Be sure to check your spam if you have not received any communication at least 2 days before this class begins.
Class Requirements
- DSLR or Mirrorless Camera Required to take this class. Please let us know if you need to rent or borrow a camera and we can share some options with you!
Other Things To Know
Due to the small size of our classes, we are not able to refund your fee if you have to cancel your registration. We are happy to credit you for a future class or if we have a waitlist for that class, we will gladly reimburse you!
Covid-19 Precautions
Masks are optional when attending any of our indoor classes or events. ArtFarm reserves the right to update our mask policy at anytime, notice will be given in advance if anything changes.

- DSLR or Mirrorless Camera (any camera that you can adjust Shutter Speed, Aperture and ISO will work fine).
- Charged battery and charger
- Clear memory card
- Notebook for taking notes
