A non-refundable $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due by the date of the event. There are no refunds for cancellations (of guests or party). Should you need to reschedule your party, a $75 rescheduling fee will be applied and a future date will be determined as available/mutually agreed upon.
We will work with you if there is a medical excuse that you cannot make the date that you booked and will find a new date to hold your party.

Studio Party Guidelines

3 Hour Party with activity (+30 minutes to setup before the party starts)

ArtFarm will supply the activity with seating for up to 12 adults, professional art instruction & supplies for art activity.

You provide any food, drinks, etc.

ArtFarm staff will happily assist in the cleanup, but please make sure all food items and crumbs are cleaned up adequately and bagged up for trash.

Add On Options:

Henna artist $200 - each attendee will receive one henna design!
