Fiona will introduce you to the fundamental skills of wheel throwing. We’ll practice wedging, centering, and throwing as well as the basics of trimming. Prior to glazing fired pieces we’ll discuss the elements of glazing and decorating. Participants must return to pick up their finished work. Students with a bit of prior wheel throwing experience wishing to refresh and hone the skills they have are welcome to join this group. The class fee includes all stoneware clay, glazes, and firing.
