A balanced vinyasa flow class encourages students to find freedom and peace within their own boundaries. Tomoko’s teaching style largely focuses on helping students find proper alignments and move deeper into postures after meditation; she offers support through helpful anatomical cues and individual modifications. This class is designed to build core strength and increase a sense of calm in the body and mind. Students will find a welcoming space open to everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. After the class, students will feel refreshed and energized.
Note: We’ve changed our class format to follow state health and safety guidelines during COVID-19. Yoga will not run as a drop-in option, but will instead be offered for three multi-week sessions.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own yoga mat and a towel.
