Looking for a unique, creative way to celebrate a special day? Look no further than ArtReach's Art Parties! Our parties combine fun, creativity, and unforgettable memories, offering kids 4-17 a chance to explore their artistic side while celebrating with friends.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
-Custom Art Project - Tailored to your interests (painting, sculpting, collage, printmaking, etc!)*
-Expert Art Instructors – Our talented team will guide you through a 1-1.5 hour, hands-on project in our classroom studio. For ages 4-10, art lesson is 1 hour. For ages 11+, art lesson is 1.5 hour.
-All Art Materials Provided – We supply everything from brushes to aprons, so you can relax and enjoy the party.
-Party Time + Art Time – Connect through a collaborative welcome coloring banner, enjoy your art class, and then use the remaining time to celebrate how you choose—snacks, cake, presents, or whatever you choose to bring along!

*Would you prefer a more open ended art activity? We are happy to accommodate our drop-in play stations that cater to kids ages 1-6. Kids will have access to our multiple art stations that are self instructed and do not require a traditional instructed class activity.

ALL PARTIES INCLUDE:
-2 reserved parking spots for party family in ArtReach’s parking lot.
-Access to the classroom space 1 hour before the party to set up.
-Instructed art lesson or drop-in play support with an experienced Teaching Artist.
-1-1.5 hour lesson with a reserved total of 2-3 hours in the space (For ages 4-10, art lesson is 1 hour. For ages 11+, art lesson is 1.5 hour)

YOU PROVIDE:
-Party decorations (no helium balloons, please)
-Prepared snacks/food/beverages, as well as plates, utensils, & coolers for drinks.
-TV is available for a party slideshow or video. A Bluetooth speaker is available for your playlist.

-12 participant minimum
-35 participant maximum

Saturdays: Any time between 10:00am - 5:00pm.

-Personalized decorative banner: $100

FAQ:
-Who counts in the headcount? All guests who are participating in the art activity. Outside of the art activity, we allow 1 adult per kid participant to stay during the party. Up to 8 additional people who are part of the birthday child’s family can also stay during the party.
-When do I need to confirm my guest count? ArtReach has space for a maximum of 40 guests of any age. If your guest count goes over 40 on the day of the event, we will not allow for all guests to be in the studio at the same time.
-Can I bring in my own food? Yes, outside food is welcome at our events. Caterers may set up in the back parking lot. A kitchen is not available for the event.
