Looking for a unique, creative way to celebrate a special day? Look no further than ArtReach's Art Parties! Our parties combine fun, creativity, and unforgettable memories, offering kids, teens, or adults a chance to explore their artistic side while celebrating with friends.

WHAT TO EXPECT
-Custom Art Projects - Tailored to your interests (painting, sculpting, collage, printmaking, etc!)
-Expert Art Instructors – Our talented team will guide you through a one-hour, fun, hands-on project in our classroom studio.
-All Art Materials Provided – We supply everything from brushes to aprons, so you can relax and enjoy the party.
-Party Time + Art Time – Connect through a collaborative welcome activity, enjoy your art class, and then use the remaining time to celebrate with snacks, cake, and presents you brought along!

*Would you prefer a more open ended art activity? We are happy to accommodate our drop-in play stations that cater to kids ages 1-11. Kids will have access to our multiple art stations that are self instructed and do not require a traditional instructed class activity.

ALL PARTIES INCLUDE
-2 reserved parking spots for party family in ArtReach parking lot.
-Access to the classroom space 45 minutes before the party to set up.
-Instructed art lesson or drop-in play support with two ArtReach Teaching Artists.
-Access to our Drop-In Play stations in the Sun Room Studio
-1 hour lesson with a reserved total of 3 hours in the Studio Classroom

YOU PROVIDE
-Any additional party decorations (no helium balloons, please)
-Prepared snacks/food/beverages, including coolers for drinks.
-TV is available for a party slideshow. A Bluetooth speaker is available for your playlist.

PARTY PACKAGES
-$300 // 12 people max (includes participating adults + children)
-$400 // 20 people max (includes participating adults + children)
-$600 // 30 people max (includes participating adults + children) only available after 2:00pm
-$800 // 40 people max (includes participating adults + children) only available after 2:00pm

AVAILABILITY
Saturdays: 10:00am - 1:00pm *or* 2:00pm - 5:00pm.
Please inquire for availability outside of these windows

ADD-ON SERVICES
-6ft. Coloring banner activity: Name/message and themed black and white images for guests to color-in. Completed banner can go home with you to display later!: $100
-Personalized lesson: Custom ideas that need extra project development time or specialty supplies: $100
-More time, please: Add an extra hour of party time: $100/hour

FAQ
-Who counts in the headcount? All participating guests, adults, children, members of the birthday family, and the birthday child are included in the headcount. For drop-off parties, only the participating children count in the headcount.
-When do I need to confirm my guest count? ArtReach has space for a maximum of 40 guests of any age. If your guest count goes over 40 on the day of the event, we will not allow for all guests to be in the studio at the same time.
-Can I bring in my own food? Yes, outside food is welcome at our events. Caterers may set up in the back parking lot. A kitchen is not available for the event.

Policy

We understand that schedules change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive credit towards a future art party. Please contact us at studio@artreachsandiego.org for more information.
