Artscope will be guided by all current CDC and City Health Department guidelines concerning Covid-19 mitigation for summer camp providers. This may include temperature checks and health screenings, required mask-wearing in indoor and outdoor spaces, and frequent handwashing and sanitizing of materials and play equipment, and the restriction of visits by parents and other guests to our camp grounds and building. Artscope will provide written Covid-19 guidelines and waivers to all parents and caretakers two weeks in advance of the start date of camp.
Artscope is tree nut and peanut-free. Please do not send foodstuffs with peanuts or tree nuts such as peanut butter, almonds, pecans, walnuts, pistachios, pine nuts, etc., with your camper. Many campers, as well as some of our staff, have allergies that result in reactions simply from being touched by others who have handled nut/peanut products. Seed products such as sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, tahini, sunflower seed butter, etc. are fine.
