Step into our magical creative rainbow laboratory where artists EXPLORE, DISCOVER, and CREATE like never before!
Your little creators will start their artistic adventure:
- PAINTING on our custom Happy Birthday mural with the child’s name
- SCOOPING in our dry sensory bin filled with magical creatures and ingredients
- SQUISHING and creating at the play dough lab
- PLUS real artist easels and a glowing light table for extra magic!
Then the REAL creativity explodes! Choose your masterpiece:

Create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece with paint, sparkly stickers, glitter and ribbons
✨ OPTION 2: MAGICAL CLAY SCULPTURE
Transform clay into anything imaginable with colorful wires, sparkly beads, and special decorations!

Turn your child's special day into a creative celebration! Our unique 2-hour art parties give young artists the perfect blend of creative exploration and birthday magic.
Your Art Party Adventure:
First, dive into 45 minutes of open art play in our warm and inviting studio space. Young artists will explore our paint wall, light tables, and sensory stations - perfect for warming up those creative muscles!
Then, gather for a 30 minute featured art project guided by our teaching artists. Each birthday star can choose their perfect creative adventure, from painting to sculpture to mixed media magic.
Continue the celebration with a 15 minute dance party (you choose the playlist!)
Finally, wrap up with 30 minutes of pizza and cake celebration time

Welcome to ARTUDIO - Where Creativity Comes to Life!
We're delighted you've chosen our creative studio for your child's special day. Please review our party policies to ensure a magical artistic celebration:
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date
Final payment is processed one week before your event based on confirmed attendance
AGE & ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES
Parties available for children ages 2 and up
Base package includes up to 18 children (birthday child and siblings included)
Additional children: $45 each (maximum capacity: 25 children)
Adult supervision welcome (recommended ratio: one adult per child)
PARTY TIMELINE (2 hours Total)
Party Timeline:
45 minutes – Open art play, painting & sensory stations
30 minutes – Themed art project
15 minutes – Dance party!
Remaining time – Pizza, cake & calm down collaborative coloring activity
FOOD & REFRESHMENTS
All food/drinks must be served in final 30-minute segment
Staff assists with plating pizza
PLANNING & COMMUNICATION
Two-week advance theme confirmation
Final guest count required Monday before party
Prompt response needed for planning emails
STUDIO GUIDELINES
Helium balloons welcome/additional reasonable decorations allowed
30- minute set-up window
20-minute post-party cleanup window
Shoes removed in studio (socks recommended)
Dress for creative mess (washable paints used, but some fabrics may stain)
WEATHER & ILLNESS POLICY
Cancellations accepted for severe weather/birthday child illness
Deposits non-refundable
Rescheduling subject to availability (not guaranteed)
LIABILITY AGREEMENT
By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Release of Liability: I hereby release ARTUDIO and its staff from liability for any incidents or injuries during studio activities.
Voluntary Participation: I confirm that all participants willingly engage in party activities.
Photo Consent: I have informed guests that photos may be taken for ARTUDIO's use only.
Dress Code: I have notified guests about wearing art-appropriate clothing.
Legal: I/we waive all rights to legal action against ARTUDIO.
