Our Big Kids parties are designed for independent artists ready to dive into more advanced projects and creative challenges. This is a drop-off party—parents, enjoy your free time while we handle the fun!
What Makes Big Kids Parties Different:
✨ Drop-Off Freedom – Say goodbye and we'll take it from here! Pick up at the end for cake and goodbyes.
🎨 Advanced Art Projects – Multi-step techniques, mixed media, and projects they'll want to display (canvas paintings, sculpture, tie-dye, slime, printmaking)
🎭 Themed to What's Relevant – We customize projects based on what they're actually into: Wicked, Barbie, Demon Slayer, LEGO, sports teams, favorite games—you name it, we'll design the art around it!
👥 Bigger Groups Welcome – Perfect for school friends, teammates, or the whole class!
⏰ Weekend & Evening Weekday Availability – Schedule around your calendar with flexible time slots.

Welcome to Artudio - Where Creativity Comes to Life!
We're delighted you've chosen our creative studio for your child's special day. Please review our party policies to ensure a magical artistic celebration:
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date
Final payment is processed one week before your event based on confirmed attendance
AGE & ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES
Parties available for children ages 2 and up
Adult supervision welcome (recommended ratio: one adult per child)
FOOD & REFRESHMENTS
Light food/drinks must be served in final 30-minute segment
Host family provides all food and refreshments
PLANNING & COMMUNICATION
Final guest count required Monday before party
STUDIO GUIDELINES
Helium balloons allowed
You can arrive 10 minutes prior to the event
10 minutes post-party cleanup window
Shoes removed in studio (socks recommended)
Dress for creative mess (washable paints used, but some fabrics may stain)
WEATHER & ILLNESS POLICY
Cancellations accepted for severe weather/birthday child illness
Deposits non-refundable
Rescheduling subject to availability (not guaranteed)
LIABILITY AGREEMENT
By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Release of Liability: I hereby release Artudio and its staff from liability for any incidents or injuries during studio activities.
Voluntary Participation: I confirm that all participants willingly engage in party activities.
Photo Consent: I have informed guests that photos may be taken for Artudio's use only.
Dress Code: I have notified guests about wearing art-appropriate clothing.
Legal: I/we waive all rights to legal action against Artudio.
