ATHLETIC EVENT RENTAL POLICY
Thank you for considering Athletic Arts Academy for your special event.
Our facility is available for cheer, dance, fitness, performance, team-building, workshops, showcases, evaluations, rehearsals, celebrations, and community events.
To maintain a safe, professional, and enjoyable environment for all guests, the following policies apply to all rentals:
• Reservations require approval by Athletic Arts Academy management. Submission of a request does not guarantee booking.
• A signed rental agreement, completed participant waivers, and required deposits/payments must be received before the event date.
• Athletic events involving minors must provide appropriate adult supervision at all times.
• Only approved areas of the facility may be used during the rental period. Access to gymnastics equipment, training apparatus, trampolines, pits, bars, beams, offices, and restricted areas is prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing.
• No food or beverages are permitted on athletic surfaces or equipment areas. Light refreshments may only be served in designated areas.
• No smoking, vaping, alcohol, illegal substances, fog machines, smoke machines, open flames, glitter, confetti, or hazardous materials permitted inside the facility.
• All guests, participants, coaches, and vendors must conduct themselves respectfully and follow the instructions of Athletic Arts Academy staff at all times. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
• Event organizers are financially responsible for damages caused by participants, guests, vendors, or attendees associated with the rental.
• Athletic Arts Academy reserves the right to require proof of liability insurance depending on the nature and size of the event.
• Rental time includes setup, event time, breakdown, and cleanup. Additional time beyond the reserved rental period will incur additional fees.
• Final guest counts, special requests, and event details should be confirmed in advance to ensure proper staffing and facility preparation.
By submitting a reservation request, the renter acknowledges understanding of these policies and agrees to comply with all facility rules, safety requirements, and operational procedures established by Athletic Arts Academy.
