Description
In this art class your child can explore the world of shape, color and texture, get familiar with different art tools. A famous artist will be introduced each week and children will learn about their life and technique, and will then be encouraged to explore the style in their own creations in a studio where no mess is too big. We present the artist's work using a projector.
This class will take place indoors at Perry School located at 155 Bank Street between Washington Street and the Westside Highway. When walking on Bank Street you will see a courtyard. Walk through the courtyard and into an underpass. The front door of Perry School will be a glass door located on your right. We will be transitioning outdoors to the Hudson River by West 11th Street in the coming weeks as the weather improves and becomes warmer. Everyone will receive an email letting you know that class will take place outdoors.
