Description
Preparing for the SHSAT can be an intense process. We’d like to help! Our comprehensive course is designed to prepare students for both the ELA and Math sections of the test. Course curriculum includes a unique combination of test-taking strategies, time management, elimination techniques/answer traps, practice with new topics, steps to breaking down challenging problems and how to reduce test anxiety. We provide all sample test materials and students will have a chance to review problem sets during class time.
Our virtual learning model will ensure that we maintain the benefits of in-class learning and collaboration to the extent possible, while also continuing to offer the comprehensive subject instruction offered in our live classes.
The course includes 22.5 hours of instruction, 15 sessions, 2 practice exams(Mock #2: June 6, 10:00AM - 1:00PM, Mock #3: October 10, 10:30AM - 1:30PM), and 1 assessment exam (various options available prior to start of course)
