Ultimate Frisbee, which started here at Columbia HS in 1968, is a ton of fun! Anyone can play Ultimate, both boys and girls, and there's lots of passing, quick plays, defensive moves and running. It also teaches athletes how to lead, embrace challenges, inspire others and grow your own belief in yourself. If you want to feel like you're part of the team, come play Ultimate with us. Students learn to throw and basic game play. We play outside, weather permitting.

Please wear sneakers and bring a water bottle to class.
