Our Bubbly Potion Party is a hands-on celebration where kids become creative potion makers, experimenting with colorful ingredients, bubbly reactions, and exciting sensory materials.
Guests will create a variety of unique "potions" by combining vibrant liquids, fizzing powders, bubbles, glitter, and other fun mix-ins while exploring different textures, colors, and reactions. There’s no right or wrong way to create—just lots of opportunities to experiment, imagine, and have fun!
This party is perfect for curious kids who love to mix, create, and explore through hands-on play. Every guest will leave with a special potion-themed keepsake to remember the celebration!

- Custom Cardboard Piece! Request a cardboard rocket ship, flower shop, castle, fire station, tent, giant trees, boat, and more! We can make *almost* anything into a giant cardboard structure that kids can play inside, get inside, paint, stick stickers all over, etc. This includes individual cardboard creations such as individual ponies, tents, disco balls, etc. if desired for your theme. +$130
- Bloomhouse provides all decorations (to match your theme) including a custom party banner and decorates for you- you just show up! This add-on gives you an effortless turn-key party experience! +$85

To ensure a seamless event, please read carefully and agree to the following:
1. A non-refundable deposit of $100 will secure your party date. The remaining balance will be charged the week of your party after your guest count is confirmed. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours that it is sent to secure the date. Your date may be offered to others after that time.
2. We offer parties for children turning 2 and older.
3 . The party fee includes up to 14 children (this number will include the birthday child and participating siblings). Additional guests are $18/each.
Parents and caregivers are welcome, due to space constraints only one grown- up per child. We suggest drop- off or drop- off optional parties for kids who are 5 and older.
4. Parties are 120 minutes in length- no exceptions. The first 30 minutes is open play and art activities, the following 30 minutes will be dedicated to gathering for project work at the studio tables. The last hour will be reserved for open studio time and food/cake celebration.
Our staff will manage the transitions between open play, project time, and food service!
5. For sanitation purposes, we ask that all food distribution/consumption be reserved for the final 30 minutes of the party. Our staff will assist with set up and serving.
6. Our parties are child- centered, so alcohol is not permitted.
7. For an easy decide-once option we offer different package add-ons that include tableware, decorations, and party favors. Please ask us for details.
8. Final headcount and remaining balance is due two weeks before the party date.
9. Our starting price packages allow for families to decorate the studio. We will open the studio one hour before the party time to allow for families to decorate as desired. We also offer add-ons that include us providing all decor and decorating for you before you arrive.
10. In case of inclement/emergency weather or illness of the birthday child, parties may be cancelled. Our small business depends on our party model, so all deposits are nonrefundable. We will do our best to offer a date to reschedule.
11. Please inform your guests in your invitation to dress for messy materials (paints are washable, but some fabrics are less forgiving). We also ask that guests remove shoes in our studio, so socks are recommended.
12. After your party ends, we have a 20 minute grace period for clean up and making your way out of the studio. There is a $20 fee after this time period.
13. By placing a deposit on a party, you agree to accept the following terms:
I/ we do hereby agree to release BloomHouse, and all associated persons, from liability for any accident or injury sustained during the time spent at BloomHouse for this party or related activities. I grant permission for myself and/ my children to voluntarily participate in activities related to the birthday party. I have advised the guests of this party and their parents that photos may be taken and used strictly for the purpose of Bloomhouse. I have also advised that clothing that can get messy! I/ we will not make claim against or sue BloomHouse.
