

Guests step into the studio and are invited to explore a space-inspired environment filled with open-ended creative experiences.
At the light table and galaxy sensory table, children can scoop, pour, and discover shimmering materials, while the art table invites them to create their own galaxy paintings using neon paints and chalk on dark paper.
After time to explore, everyone gathers together for the highlight of the celebration—our Cosmic Potion Lab.
Children will mix, pour, and experiment with colorful liquids, sparkling elements, and fizzy reactions as they create their own swirling galaxy potions. This immersive sensory experience is always a favorite.
Each child will take home their own “galaxy in a jar” to continue the magic. (Due to the nature of the materials, creations are best enjoyed within a few days.)
The celebration wraps up with time for refreshments and celebrating the birthday child.

This party is also available as a "party-in-a-box!" which simply means we prepare and plan everything for the party- all of the materials individually prepped, easy to set up and ready with instructions for you to pick up from our studio and use at any location you'd like! Party-in-a-box includes space dough with galaxy mix-ins for the creative play portion of the party! The galaxy party-in-a-box kit starts at $250 and only increases if you want any add-ons!

To ensure a seamless event, please read carefully and agree to the following:
1. A non-refundable deposit of half the base price will secure your party date. The remaining balance will be charged the week of your party after your guest count is confirmed. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours that it is sent to secure the date. Your date may be offered to others after that time.
2. We offer parties for children turning 3 and older.
3 . The party fee includes up to 12 children (this number will include the birthday child and participating siblings), $25 each additional child up to 14 children maximum.
Parents and caregivers are welcome, due to space constraints only one grown- up per child. We suggest drop- off or drop- off optional parties for kids who are 6 and older.
4. Parties are 90 minutes in length- no exceptions. The first 30 minutes is open play and art activities, the following 30 minutes will be dedicated to gathering for project work at the studio tables. Our staff will manage the transitions between open play, project time, and food service by ringing a studio bell before making an announcement to the group.
5. The last 30 minutes of the party is reserved for food and treats. For sanitation purposes, we ask that all food distribution/consumption be reserved for the final 30 minutes of the party. A successful 90 minute party structure depends on the time it takes the children to sit down and enjoy food together during that last 30 minutes. The birthday child's family is responsible for bringing in food and beverage.
Our staff will assist you with the distribution of food and beverages. A list of local food vendors is available upon request.
6. Our parties are child- centered, so alcohol is not permitted.
7. For an easy eco- friendly option we provide a colorful set of reusable plates and cups as well as napkins, and biodegradable cutlery for a $30 fee.
8. We will email you two weeks in advance to confirm the party theme and approximate guest count. Monday in advance of the party, we will email again to confirm the final number of guests along with all the information you'll need to know. Please reply promptly.
9. You may bring in helium- filled balloons, but no other decor is permitted.
10. In case of inclement/emergency weather or illness of the birthday child, parties may be cancelled. Our small business depends on our party model, so all deposits are nonrefundable. We will do our best to offer a date to reschedule.
11. Please inform your guests in your invitation to dress for messy materials (paints are washable, but some fabrics are less forgiving). We also ask that guests remove shoes in our studio, so socks are recommended.
12. After your party ends, we have a 20 minute grace period for clean up and making your way out of the studio.
13. By placing a deposit on a party, you agree to accept the following terms:
I/ we do hereby agree to release BloomHouse, and all associated persons, from liability for any accident or injury sustained during the time spent at BloomHouse for this party or related activities. I grant permission for myself and/ my children to voluntarily participate in activities related to the birthday party. I have advised the guests of this party and their parents that photos may be taken and used strictly for the purpose of Bloomhouse. I have also advised that clothing that can get messy! I/ we will not make claim against or sue BloomHouse.
