Laurisa Neuwirth - Expel -Cybersecurity


Laurisa Neuwirth works with a team of software engineers to build a cybersecurity product that is used by hundreds of companies to keep themselves safe from online threats. They keep companies safe by recommending the best safety steps for them to take. Expel also stands guard ready to protect a company from a cyber attack. When Expel detects someone trying to get into a company's online space or their data, they block those folks and secure all online access.


Laurisa has been a software engineer for over 15 years. She lives in Boston, Massachusetts and loves to go on beach vacations with her two kids as often as she can. She was also a Girl Scout leader for 9 years with one troop of 11 girls.
