OM Births- Baby and Me Yoga (Postnatal) Yoga
A gentle yoga class designed to help moms regain muscle tone, abdominal strength, and flexibility, which cultivating a peaceful, loving connection with the baby, and themselves. Postures stretch and strengthen tight muscles, while breath work, and relaxation exercises help students feel rejuvenated, and refreshed. Parents have a chance to interact with the baby during yoga practice, learning potential exercises to do at home. Please bring a receiving blanket for the baby to lie on, and any toys your baby enjoys.
$18/person with baby (multiples come free!) -- free with membership
*Please note - there is easy parking in the rear of the building but there are a few stairs to get to the have elevator access. It's best to have baby in a carrier, a carseat, or your arms for easy access to the studio space. If you bring your stroller - we are happy to help you up with it. Give a call up and we'll come down to meet you!

• The studio is located on the second floor of a very nondescript 60's grey cement building. There is plenty of parking behind the building. • There is in elevator in the building but a couple stairs up to the main entrance. • We provide everything you need to participate in classes. No-need to lug around more stuff. We got you covered! •
