In this all-level prenatal yoga class, expecting moms will cultivate the flexibility, concentration and strength needed during the transformative time of pregnancy and childbirth. Enjoy the community of other expecting mothers while we practice modified Hatha Yoga postures, breath work, vocal toning and meditation. No previous yoga experience necessary.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. • Our venues have yoga mats to lend, but feel free to bring your own. All other props will be provided. • Prenatal yoga is all levels. Modifications will be offered to allow all students to work at their own level; beginners welcome.

• Both children and adults are kindly asked to remove shoes before entering the classroom space. Most belongings can be left in reception area cubbies, but feel free to bring valuables into the room. Please pack dirty diapers away with you. Thanks.
• All of our classes are in the downstairs studio, down a flight of stairs. Small folding strollers are welcome inside but please leave jogging-style or bulky strollers outside. We have a long cable lock for students lock up bikes or strollers. Contact us about the combination. For safety reasons, strollers cannot be left in the stairway or on landings.
