Available time slots for birthday parties are Fridays from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, Saturdays and Sundays 10:30- 12:30pm and 3:00-5:00pm
Brooklearn parties are for children 1-5 years of age. We feel that our space can best accommodate children between these ages.
Headcount:Up to 15 and the birthday child is always free! Additional children will be $20/head (Can request additional headcount)

BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICIES:
Booking:
To book a party with Brooklearn a $200 non-refundable payment must be made to hold the date and time. The remainder will be due the week before the party. Payment will be made through our booking site.
Headcount & Payment:
A final guaranteed headcount is due 5 days prior to your party so we can properly prepare staffing, supplies, and playroom space.
Billing is based on the final number provided. While we understand that occasional no-shows happen, we are unable to adjust the count after it has been submitted. Additional guests may be added if space allows.

What to Expect:
Each private party includes two hours of exclusive use of the Brooklearn playspace. The two hours time will include playtime, pizza, dessert and signing Happy Birthday
An adult must accompany each child at the party. We do not allow for drop off parties
Gratuity:
Please be advised that the tip is not included in our birthday party package. However, we highly recommend tipping our party staff as they work hard to ensure that your event runs smoothly and that you and your guests have a wonderful time. Tipping is a way to show your appreciation for their hard work and dedication to making your event a success.
