Sewing classes are so much fun. Our students not only leave class with a new skill that will last them a lifetime, but with new, fashionable pieces to add to their wardrobe. Learning to sew helps our students feel accomplished and proud, while teaching them how the clothes on their back came to be. We will be making a variety of fashion forward projects, while learning how to use a sewing machine, patterns, and hand sewing. Projects range from pants/shorts, chic tops, pillows, cool backpacks, sweatshirts, dresses and fashion illustrations.
