Stop Motion Moviemaking - Introduction to Stop Motion filmmaking
Grades 3-8

This class introduces students to the art and technique of filmmaking using stop motion techniques. It will take them through the steps required to make a short stop motion movie, including writing a script, drawing a storyboard, developing characters, making puppets or using Lego®, shooting scenes, editing, and adding sound effects.

At the end of the program, each student will have completed a short movie on a subject of their own choice.
