Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your membership before the term is complete, your refund is determined by deducting a per-visit usage fee from your original membership price.
We assess a fee of $30.00 for every visit you or your child has made under the current membership term.
Refund Amount = Initial Membership Fee - (Total Number of Visits x $30)
*To cancel your membership, you must submit an email request. Your cancellation becomes effective on the day we receive your written request.
Approved refunds will be processed and issued within 10-14 business days.
