50% deposit due at time of booking, remaining balance due 5 business days prior to event.
$100 Refundable Security Deposit will be added on to your package price and refunded within 24 hours of your event.
**Village Care: To help us keep the village in top shape, any damages incurred during your event will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
**Timing: To stay on schedule for all our guests, stay-overs past your agreed-upon time will be charged $50 per half-hour, which will be deducted from your deposit.
