Rental Space
Our newly renovated studio is bright, welcoming, and designed to accommodate a variety of meetings, workshops, and small group gatherings.
The main studio space is approximately 648 square feet (36’ x 18’) and includes:
*Six movable tables (55” x 27.5” each)
*Seating for up to 25 adults, with additional child-sized chairs available
*A toddler table with four chairs
*A 30-foot counter for supplies, food, or materials
*An ADA-accessible bathroom
*Two additional sink and clean-up areas
The space also features:
*Private front and rear entrances, with a near-ADA accessible ramp at the rear entrance
*A small covered area at the front entrance
*Pull-down screen with projector (HDMI connection)
*Whiteboard
*Ample parking available both in front of and behind the building, close to entrances
This space is ideal for meetings, creative gatherings, workshops, and small events. Availability is limited. Please contact us to discuss your needs and rental options.

Canvas & Code Studio Rental Policies
Booking and Payment
Studio rentals require advance approval and booking. A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve the space. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the rental period. Rental time cannot begin until payment is received in full.
Rental Time
The minimum rental time is 2 hours. Rental time includes the period the renter has access to the space. Any additional time beyond the scheduled rental must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.
Setup and Cleanup
Renters are responsible for their own setup and cleanup within the scheduled rental time unless otherwise arranged. The space must be left in the same condition it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleanup is required.
Use of Space
The studio may be used for meetings, workshops, and small group gatherings. Use of the space must align with Canvas & Code values and be approved in advance. Activities involving paint, glue, sensory materials, or other messy supplies must be approved prior to the rental.
Decorations
Decorations must be free-standing or tabletop only. No tape, command strips, hooks, nails, or adhesives may be used on walls, cabinets, windows, doors, or counters. Confetti, glitter, or loose table scatter is not permitted.
Any damage to studio property caused during the rental will be billed to the renter.
Balloon Policy
Due to low ceilings and a commercial sprinkler system, balloons are not permitted inside the studio. Balloons may be used outside the building but must remain outside at all times.
Capacity and Supervision
Renters are responsible for supervising their guests at all times. Children must be supervised by adults. Canvas & Code staff are not responsible for guest supervision during space-only rentals.
Food and Drink
Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted unless otherwise noted. Alcohol is not permitted without prior written approval. Renters are responsible for cleaning all food-related messes.
Liability
Canvas & Code LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. The renter assumes responsibility for all guests and activities during the rental period.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation terms and any applicable refunds or credits will be outlined in the booking confirmation.
Right to Refuse Service
Canvas & Code reserves the right to end a rental early without refund if policies are not followed or if activities pose a safety risk to guests, staff, or the facility.
