School STEM Field Trips — 3 Hours
Bring your students to Wayfinder for a 3-hour, hands-on STEM field trip designed to get them exploring, creating, building, problem-solving, and working together!
This experience is designed specifically for public schools, private schools, academies, and other educational institutions bringing students as part of the school day.
Students will rotate through multiple STEM experiences customized for the age and size of your group. Experiences may include our StarLab planetarium, robotics, engineering challenges, coding and technology, team-building activities, drone simulations, Esports, and other hands-on STEM experiences.
Pricing
$15 per student
$300 minimum booking
One teacher, chaperone, or school staff member is required for every 10 students. Required adults are included at no additional cost.
Each field trip is customized based on your group size, grade levels, learning goals, and available activities. Larger groups may be divided into smaller groups and rotate through multiple experiences throughout the visit.
Booking
One school representative will submit the field trip request for the entire group. Individual student registrations are not required.
Submitting a request does not guarantee your field trip date. After your request is received, a Wayfinder team member will contact you to confirm availability, group details, and program selections.
Purchase orders are accepted for school and district bookings. Quotes and invoices can be provided as needed.
Your final student count is due 14 days prior to your scheduled field trip.

Since schools may be paying through a PO/check process, I would make the school policy different from the regular group policy and not require the balance 7 days before.

One school representative will coordinate the reservation for the entire group. Individual student registrations are not required.
Your final student count is due 14 days prior to your scheduled field trip. Final charges will be based on the confirmed student count and any applicable additional adult fees.
Schools and districts may pay by purchase order or check. Payment arrangements will be confirmed with the school representative prior to the field trip, and payment may be submitted in advance or on the day of the visit as arranged with Wayfinder.
Purchase orders are accepted, and quotes, invoices, and other documentation can be provided as needed.
Cancellations or changes to your scheduled field trip should be communicated to Wayfinder as soon as possible.
