This is not your average after-school program! Art in the Afternoon provides a creative environment for elementary aged students that encourages exploratory learning through the art-making process. A typical day includes snack and playtime (3-4pm) and art-making time (4-5:30pm) and pick up (5:30-6pm). Homework time is available upon request, but homework completion is not guaranteed. Students typically complete 2-3 projects each week with a focus on various themes throughout the year. Just a few of the previous projects include works inspired by famous artists, stop-motion animation, painting, and pottery.

Transportation: Students will be brought to the Cultural Center by school staff.
