Take a quick 50 minutes out of the middle of your day to stretch and build strength. Taylor uses dance-centered stretching and strengthening techniques to increase flexiblity and tone muscle. This is not a dance class, this is not a yoga class, but the movement will balance dance, yoga, and fitness all in one. No skills required!
Cancellations for any class must be made one week (7 days) prior to the first day of class to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than one week prior to the start of class are not eligible for any refunds.
