Our party package includes an hour and a half of studio time with full instruction for a painting project. The first hour is in our front classroom, where an experienced teacher walks the participants through their paintings. It’s generally participants, teachers, and the birthday parents only. All other adult guests are welcome to hang out in the second classroom or do some shopping in the area.

The last 30 minutes is for you and all guests in our second classroom. You may decorate as you wish. Food, decorations, and drinks (no alcohol) are welcome. You may arrive 30 minutes ahead of the start time to set up.

The parties are designed for 12 participants and to work with your party theme or child’s interest. All project supplies included. The cost is $350.00. Additional guests and studio time can be added ($20.00 per additional guest after the included 12 up to 20, and $30.00 for an additional 30 minutes of studio time).

To avoid conflicts with our traditional classes (we’re actually an art school), parties are typically scheduled Saturday 2:30pm to 5:00pm. Sunday start times for parties are either 11:00 am or 2:00 pm. Requests are compared against previously scheduled parties and teachers availability!

We look for a minimum of 3 weeks notice. The theme should be given 2 weeks prior (sooner the better please). Final official head count is needed 1 week prior. Less participants may show and we’ll adjust price appropriately. Last minute additions are difficult due to teacher prepping requirements.
