Policy

Private Event Package

Our Private Event Package includes 1.5 hours of studio time, complete with expert instruction and all the necessary supplies for either a painting on canvas party or a clay hand building party. We will design the project to fit your event, and also take care of the set-up and tear-down, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

Policies

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 125.00 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your event.

Balance Payments: The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event date. Payment can be made via cash or online.

Parties over 20 will be required to add on 30 additional minutes to ensure enough instruction time.

Refunds and Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance. Cancellations made before this period will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hour of the event date will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional fees.

Liability: We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal property that may occur during your event. All participants are required to follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff.
