Birthday Party
Our birthday parties start at just $275 for up to 12 participants, and each additional participant will be $15. We can accommodate up to 20 participants. Our package includes 75 minutes of an art guided activity, where the artists will have a blast creating their very own masterpiece, and 45 minutes of time to have cake, eat and enjoy the party atmosphere after the activity ends. The art activity will happen in the front classroom, and the rear classroom will be available to set up for food and beverage (food and beverage will not be provided).
In addition, we offer you access for 30 minutes of set up time prior to party start so you can make sure everything is perfect for your child's special day or greet any early guests. We provide art supplies. We can even adapt the activity to the theme of your choice (with advance discussion).
You can choose between canvas and clay for the activity, depending on your child's preference. If you want to extend the refreshment/party time after the activity ends, you can add 30 minutes (non instructional) for just $25 more.
Parties will not be scheduled to overlap with another party.

- Extra 30 minutes of non-instructional time +$25
- We require 50% of the party subtotal as a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit to reserve your party time. If you need to cancel, any amount paid over the non-refundable deposit will be refunded when you cancel at least 72 hours prior to the event date. Refunds are not permitted for cancellations of less than 72 hours. Exceptions may apply.
- Birthday Party host may arrive 30 minutes before the start of the party to begin setting up and greeting their guests.
- You may bring cake, cupcakes, pizza, etc. Children's Art Classes is not responsible for serving any food or drinks.
-Art activity will take about an hour and fifteen minutes to complete. Please be aware of time limitations when planning your party food. Any party that runs over the scheduled time will incur an additional 1/2 hour charge.
-You may bring decorations including balloons. NO glitter or confetti. You are responsible for removal/disposal of your decorations.
- Participants with an art set up are considered in the final number of guests. The party package includes 12 total guests. You will be charged $15 extra per additional guest up to a maximum of twenty guests. *Any guest more than 20 will incur an additional $40 per guest charge*
-Destructive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Horseplay, wrestling, fighting of any kind will not be tolerated. Your child’s safety and the safety of your guests is our top priority.
