Make your child’s birthday unforgettable with a creative celebration at CAC Alexandria. Our private studio parties include a guided art project, all supplies, and a dedicated instructor. Kids leave with artwork they’re proud of, and parents enjoy a smooth, joyful event.

We’re so excited to help your child celebrate with creativity, color, and fun! To keep your party running smoothly, please review the policies below.
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and secure your art instructor. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the party.
Cancellations & Refunds: The party deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellations 14+ Days Before the Event: If you need to cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled party, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations Within 72 Hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event, as well as no‑shows, are not eligible for refunds. If the studio must cancel due to emergency, weather closure, or instructor illness, a full refund, reschedule or credit will be offered.
Arrival & Cleanup: Parents may arrive 15 minutes before the party to set up any decorations or food. The party ends at the scheduled end time. You’ll have 15 minutes to gather belongings and take down any personal items so we can prepare the studio for the next celebration.
