We’re excited to host your private event at CAC Alexandria. To help everything run smoothly, please review the key details below.
Booking: A $100 nonrefundable deposit reserves your event date and instructor. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
Cancellations: The deposit is nonrefundable. If you cancel 14+ days before your event, any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations within 72 hours, including no‑shows, are not eligible for refunds. If CAC must cancel due to weather, emergency, or instructor illness, we will offer a refund, reschedule, or credit.
Arrival & Cleanup: Guests may arrive 15 minutes before the event to set up. The event ends at the scheduled end time, followed by a 15‑minute wrap‑up to gather belongings and remove any personal items.
